01.
SHIPPING:
We ship all over the U.S.
-Ship fee to send the gown to you anywhere in the U.S. is $50.
-You are responsible for the shipping cost when sending the dress back.
-Untamed Dresses must be shipped with insurance included, no exceptions.
-Signature will be required to receive the package.
-We are not responsible for delayed delivery times. You will not be refunded for delay in delivery but you will be given a rental credit for every day missed.
Please ALWAYS have a backup dress planned if there is any delay from the shipping service... you just never know!!!
02.
LOCAL PICKUP
I am 20mins from Lexington. Exact address given after booking.
You are free to stop by and try on dresses too!
Local Rentals: 1-2 days
Day 1 pickup anytime after 10am and no later than 5pm.
Day 2 drop back off before 3pm.

DRESS CLEANING
Dry cleaning isn't always needed but each renter is responsible for returning the dress clean. If the dress is returned with any stains, odor etc. you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250. This covers the cleaning and time spent doing this for you.
If dress is damaged and/or cannot be cleaned back to original condition, you will be charged for the entire cost of the dress (per agreement).
The dresses (especially the Rue de Seine) are very, very delicate!
If you got a dress dirty, do not attempt to hand wash it yourself.
All untamed dresses are dry clean only.
-If you need the dress dry cleaned, you are responsible for having this done by a trusted professional, or you may play it safe and pay the $250 dry clean fee and I will do it for you.
-If the dress is dry cleaned and comes back damaged, still dirty or ruined, you will be responsible for the retail price of the dress.

HOW TO RESERVE A DRESS:
I'm so happy you found a dress and are ready to reserve!! <3
Fill out the "Reserve a Dress" form at the bottom on the page. I will be in contact within 24 hours to discuss more about your rental and availability!
05.
EXTRA DAYS:
I would loveeee for you to have more time with my dresses! They deserve alllll the love and you deserve to get the most you can get!
Extra days may be requested at the time of reservation for $35/day. If you currently have a rental in your hands and need extra time... approval will be based on other reservations scheduled.
06.
COLLABS?
I am currently accepting requests for collaborations! This will not be a reoccuring thing, so PLEASEEEE jump on this now!
In 2022, I will be selecting 2 photographers to collaborate in spreading the word about Untamed Dresses.
To make sure the collab is beneficial to us, there will be some factors that will go into selection like:
Follower count 6,000 or higher
Editing style
Engagement/Insights on current posts (we do NOT support buying followers or likes)
etc.

I NEED A DRESS FOR MY EVENT, CAN I RENT?!
I'm sorry, but no rentals for real events/brides. Due to the unique nature of weddings and events (needing alterations, potential for a lot of wear and tear), we cannot accept rentals for real events. Photographer and Videographers only. We have a zero tolerance policy if we find out a dress was misrented.

SMOKE BOMB POLICY:
Absolutely not. Been there, done that lol. Smoke bombs may stain the fabric and can completely ruin a dress.
09.
DAMAGED DRESS:
We thoroughly inspect every dress before sending them out. You are also responsible for checking the dress when receiving it.
-Please notify me if you notice any pre-existing damage.
-Normal wear and tear is expected (loose tassels, missing sequins, minor snags).
If the dress is damaged while in your posession, please let me know and we will take it to a professional for inspection. If the dress is damaged beyond repair, please refer to our agreement for the next steps.
10.
REFUNDS
No refunds are offered at this time.
-Please be sure to select a dress in a size that will fit your model. We also offer padded clips to bring the dress in tighter/
-Please do not complete your reservation/submit payment unless you are 10000000% sure your dates are correct. See cancellation policy.
-We are not responsible for any delays in delivery, on your part or the mail carrier. The delivery service does their best to deliver on time, but it is recommend to expect the unexpected and have a backup dress on hand or plan your rental start date to begin a day or 2 before your shoot day.
11.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel but you will not be refunded or credited.
